Quick answers before you write.

Billing and refunds run through the App Store and Google Play. For anything else, email is the fastest route to me.

How do I report a bug?
Email [email protected] with the app name, your device and OS version, and the steps that trigger the problem. A screenshot or short screen recording helps me fix it faster.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple and Google, not inside the app. Open your App Store or Google Play account settings to view, change, or cancel an active subscription.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the store you bought from. On iOS, use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, use the Play Store order history. Email me if a store decision looks wrong and I will help where I can.
How do I delete my account or data?
Where an app offers an account, you can delete it from inside the app, or email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is removed and the little we are required to keep.
I have feedback or a feature idea.
Send it to [email protected] — concrete examples of what you were trying to do are the most useful. A lot of what ships started as a user email.
